|| Tofu Jalfarezi ||

Paneer (cottage cheese) Jalfarezi is an Indian delicacy mixed with paneer, tomatoes, chilli and peppers. Paneer Jalfarezi is very popular Indian dish and is a spicy dish. I’ve replaced paneer with tofu to make it more healthy and gluten free and thus named as Tofu Jalfarezi!

Jalfarezi is actually derived from word jhal and parhezi, a Bengali and a Urdu/Persian word which means spicy food and food that is suitable for diet.

It is a mix of tomatoes, peppers, baby corn and any vegetable that you like. In this particular one I’ve used colored peppers and tomatoes.
