With aroma of dill, this recipe is nice as a dip as well as a spread. It can also be used as accompaniment with some freshly cut cucumber sticks! Made with low fat hung curd and blanched spinach, this is a fresh treat for anytime snack. I made this as a spread and we enjoyed it with bread and also had it with some wholewheat crackers. Its tastes great with both.
It is simple and easy to make dip, all you need is yogurt, dill and spinach!
▪ 3/4 cup low fat yogurt
▪ 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
▪ Some dill for garnishing
▪ 1/4 cup spinach, blanched and chopped
▪ Keep yogurt in strainer for 3-4 hours at room temperature until all water is drained. This will give you hung curd.
▪ Mix the hung curd, dill and spinach and refrigerate for atleast an hour
▪ Serve chilled!
